The Frame

The frame is something we’re particularly proud of. It’s at the core of what we do. Together with Stratco, we’ve designed a substantial series of panels. Each panel has been designed to hold a particular element such as a window, door or blank wall. Each panel is 1.2m wide.

The Walls

The exterior is wrapped in a product called Shadowclad. Various replica’s of Shadowclad have appeared since the original product was brought onto the market by Carter Holt. We continue to use the original and the best. No shortcuts.

Shadowclad is a contemporary design solution with the natural beauty and warmth of real timber. It complies with Building Code of Australia 2010 and is manufactured from renewable plantation pine and is FSC Certified.

Timber is a natural carbon store. Wood products play a role in reducing carbon pollution by storing carbon sequestered by forests while in use and often for many years beyond.

Additional to the layer of Shadowclad, steel, insulation and ply we’ve also added another layer inside the walls to keep you and your Humpy protected.

Rhino Wrap is a laminate of aluminium foil and poly woven fabric which is wrapped around the wall frame to provide the building with a protective barrier against wind, rain and heat transfer.

The Poly Thermal insulation from Queensland is Non Allergenic, Non Irritant and 100% Recyclable.
